METHOD OF DRIVING A CELL LINE OF OVARIAN CLEAR CELL ADENOMA

1. The method of determining the cell line of the renal cell adenocarcinoma of the ovary consists in long-term culturing of biological material on a medium containing Eagle liquid MEM for cell culture with an admixture of a liquid containing GLUTAMAX L-glutamine and an antibiotic, with multiple passes of trypsinization and adequate medium change. It is characterised in that the exudative liquid from the peritoneal cavity of a person suffering from the above-mentioned type of carcinoma, filtered through antibacterial filters, is added to medium. The amount of the liquid is equal to 10-12 percent by mass with respect to MEM. This is proceeded by aseptic removal of carcinomic cells from the exudative liquid. Then, the cells - in the form of a suspension in an aseptic buffered solution of physiological saline (PBS) - are re-introduced into the medium. Then, the cells are cultured, while maintaining the morphological continuity of unchanged cell line.
