PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device structure for a musical instrument, wherein attachment can be easily and quickly performed with one hand and at a single touch operation by inhibiting free axial rotation of components during attachment to a pipe member. ;SOLUTION: A main body side washer 33 is pressed against and slides on an outer peripheral surface 13A of a notched groove part 13 of a clamping main body member 11 during the axial rotation of a first clamping bolt member 30. An arm part 25 projecting towards the clamp main body member 11 side is projectedly provided at the end part on an opposite side of a securing member 20 from an insert groove part 21. A guide window part 15 wherein the arm part 25 of the securing member 20 creeps in, allowing the movement of the arm part 25 in the lengthwise direction and regulating movement of the arm part 25 in the width direction is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
