Disclosed is a massaging protrusion structure for a plurality of massaging protrusion members provided at a ring-shaped hula-hoop along an inner periphery of the hula-hoop and adapted to massage the waist of a user who whirls the hula-hoop around the waist, wherein each of the massaging protrusion members comprises a pair of dome-shaped protrusion member halves coupled together, the protrusion member halves being arranged in a radial direction of the hula-hoop in such a fashion that they are symmetric to each other with respect to a line perpendicular to the radial direction of the hula-hoop, a radially outer one of the protrusion member halves having a fitting member integrally formed at an apex of the radially outer protrusion member half and elastically fitted in a hole formed at the inner periphery of the hula-hoop in a snapped fashion. A hula-hoop is also disclosed which includes a ring-shaped hula-hoop body including a plurality of arc-shaped tube sections coupled together, coupling means for separably coupling adjacent ones of the tube sections to each other at facing ends of the adjacent tube sections, and a plurality of massaging protrusion members attached to the hula-hoop body along an inner periphery of the hula-hoop body in a snapped fashion.
