The invention aims to provide a composition which actively influences the negative effects of ethyl alcohol and toxic products of its oxidation in the organism. The purpose of the invention is to create a drink with good organoleptic properties, which has a deferred aversion effect (effect of reluctance to alcohol), which prevents the development of alcoholism and which contributes to the self-therapy thereof. A composition of ingredients containing ascorbic acid and / or its derivatives, table salt and a water-alcohol liquid is proposed with the following ratio of the ingredients per 1000 dals of the finished product: 3 to 20 kg of ascorbic acid and / or its derivatives, 150 to 250 kg Sugar, 5 to 20 kg of table salt, the remainder 20-40% water-alcohol liquid in 1. Dehydroascorbic acid, ascorbinates of alkali metals or alkaline earth metals, ethyl esters of ascorbic acid are used as derivatives of ascorbic acid. The specified esters are selected from a group consisting of 2,6-diethyl ester of ascorbic acid, 3,6-diethyl ester of ascorbic acid, 2,3-diethyl ester of ascorbic acid, 1-ethyl ester of ascorbic acid. Based on the toxicity tests and experimental testing, the developed drink, which has good organoleptic properties, can be recommended for the prophylaxis of alcoholism and for self-therapy thereof.
