The present invention provides an improved subway operation control apparatus and method of the modified form of fuzzy control in order to further improve subway operation control using various methods such as simple control, linear control and fuzzy control. During the control, the speed of trains in subway lines is properly controlled to increase the overall performance of the system. The present invention is designed by separating the controller according to the various control targets used for driving control, thereby increasing the control performance for each target, and makes it easy to add another control target in the future. In addition, the integrated fuzzy controller reflects the situation of the controlled system so that the control targets can be properly integrated with each other according to the situation of the system.
