PURPOSE: An electric potential detection circuit(17)(32) is provided to detect whether an electric potential of output node in electric potential generation circuit(16)(31) reaches a selected target electric potential. CONSTITUTION: An electric potential detection circuit includes a first resistance element(22), a static current circuit(20-26) and a comparison circuit(27). The flash memory in the electric potential detection circuit comprises: a memory array(1); a X decoder(2); a Y decoder(3); SG,SL decoder(4); a recoding/decoding circuit(5); an input buffer(6); an output buffer(7); voltage generation circuits(8.1-8.i); and a control circuit(10). Thereby, the voltage detection extents with the voltage converting efficiency delta VO1/delta VP1 = 1 is improved.
