PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a supported palladium-gold catalysis is provided to have improved activation and selection while manufacturing a vinyl acetate from ethylene, acetic acid, and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a catalysis for manufacturing a vinyl acetate from ethylene, acetic acid, and oxygen includes: a step for manufacturing a pro-catalysis by impregnating a porous catalysis supporting body medium into the solution of a palladium compound and by reducing the palladium compound into the first shell dispersing coat of the colloid phase ed palladium metal on the surface of the catalysis supporting body; and a step for manufacturing a bimetal palladium-gold catalysis by impregnating the pro-catalysis into the solution of an induced metallic gold compound and by reducing the gold compound into the second shell dispersing coat of the colloid phase ed gold metal on the surface of the catalysis supporting body.
