PURPOSE: A system for safe operation and transport automation of vehicles and constructional and industrial machines is provided to prevent accidental damage occurred during operation the vehicles and the machines by an automatic contrail. CONSTITUTION: A system for safe operation and transport automation of vehicles and constructional and industrial machines having a controller(10), and driving element(9), includes a load sensing element(2) mounted at a proper position for sensing loading and biased states of cargos to output a signal thereof to the controller, an exhausted state sensing element(3) for sensing physical exhausted state of a driver or an operator to output a signal thereof to the controller, a speed sensor for sensing operating speed of the vehicle or constructional and industrial machines to output a signal thereof to the controller, a voice guide element(22) stored with operation manuals and safety instructions for outputting a guide voice for safe operation according to the initialization or manipulation instructions under the control of the controller, a recovery element(23) for automatically driving a ventilation system, a temperature controlling system, a warning system, and an oscillation system to help the safe operation of a user according to the output of the controller, a display element for displaying a real operating situations on a monitor(17), a speed controller for maintaining the speed of the operating constantly, and a safety controller(5) for controlling various display lamps, buzzers, and brakes for the safe operation
