Purpose: a device is provided, and converts the concentration phenomenon of free electron, is entered in a conductor of an electromotive force in a part with an inclination angle as two bars. Construction: magnetic force is converted to stream by a device, uses in the magnetic force of permanent magnet and between the free electron in a conductor interaction. The integrated value that device manufactures magnetic force in a closed circuit is not to remove the zero of magnetic field effect in a desired part by magnetic screen, draws electronics using the arctic, the South Pole pushes away the characteristic of electronics. Free electron in a copper conductor is plotted in the arctic and is pushed in the South Pole by the north and south poles of permanent magnet.
