A new technical method and equipment for the grounding resistance measurement on power service

PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring grounded resistance in active state and a service for measuring grounded resistance in active state are provided to measure accurate grounded resistance from power equipment or the grounded electrodes of communication equipment being operated. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring grounded resistance in an active state comprises the steps of: designing an independent power supply which hasn't interference with the frequency contained in a grounded potential of grounded electrodes being operated without a grounded potential of the electrodes and the frequency of the grounded potential; applying the power of the power supply to current electrodes(C1,C2); measuring the grounded potentials on potential electrodes(16,17) using an input end having input impedance more than 100 Mohm; and capturing grounded potentials to the frequency applied only to current electrodes to calculate grounded resistances.
