PURPOSE: A method for issuing an economic index lottery by using an Internet banner advertisement is provided to issue an Internet economic index lottery as a designated number of a user, when the banner is dragged to a banner zone area generated together with user authentication by using a mouse, while surfing the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A method for issuing an economic index lottery by using an Internet banner advertisement, comprises the steps of: authenticating a user according as an Internet user connects to a web server; generating a banner zone capable of moving a banner when confirming the authentication; moving a registered banner to the banner zone by dropping of a mouse while users surf the Internet; deciding whether the moved banner is registered; generating input Windows of an Internet economic index lottery number when six registered banners are arranged; inputting an economic index lottery number to send to a server; issuing an economic index lottery from the server in a registered number; collection information related to an economic index by using a robot agent when arriving to an economic index closing time in a web server; generating winning economic index lottery numbers of the day by combining collected information; deciding whether users are won prizes by comparing the generating winning numbers and the economic index lotteries registered by the users; and informing prize winning and sending prizes to whom won prizes.
