PURPOSE: A method for an electrical commercial transaction of member system based on multidirectional common ownership of goods information, guarantee of quality and electrical money service is provided so that purchasers can get information for goods from mutual positions of sellers and users and objective and accurate information which a manager obtains through managing/supervising institutions or quality investigating institutions, a quality is guaranteed for purchasers to feel relieved about subjective satisfaction degree of quality and price of goods, an uneasiness of purchasers and sellers about price settlement and goods delivery is removed by completing payment together with delivery of goods, and a problem of pursuing accuracy of member's information and an uneasiness of leakage of member's information to a third person are removed. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrical commercial transaction of member system based on multidirectional common ownership of goods information, guarantee of quality and electrical money service includes a method for establishing a goods information data system(100) by obtaining accurate information for goods or services from both purchasers(101) and sellers(102) and by a manager(103) collecting information from managing/supervising institutions(104) or quality investigating institution(106), a method that the manager(103) guarantees goods in order to improve credit for quality of goods, a principle of electrical money system(300) for removing uneasiness of delivery due to prepayment of goods price and for dealing under mutual credit, and a method for constituting a member managing system(400) in order to insure accurate credit information and prevent leakage of members' information by constituting both purchasers(101) and sellers(102) with members.
