Construction: a characteristic of a laser diode (LD) include a microcomputer (22), a master control, sub- control, a switch unit (26), a photo detecting unit (27) and a kind of data processing unit system for test. Microcomputer executes data analysis. Master controller generates/exports a main control signal. Son control one sub of generation/output controls signal. Photo detecting unit detects light radiation from laser diode. Data processing unit measures the weak current detected by photo detecting unit, and measured light circulation is become response data, can be processed in systems, transfer response data to microcomputer.
