The site manager manages a job for joining member through the affiliated financial institutions(insurance companies). A main server keeps a database of members through the joining as a member and an identification of a record of the member. The database of members is transferred to the insurance company and stored to the main server of the insurance company. The insurance company starts an insurance service through an authentication of member by identifying whether there is the joining the army or not and the relation of the two(time of association time, etc.). If they are splitting up during an insurance period, an amount of money excepting a predetermined commission fee is paid.
