PURPOSE: A vehicle examination system for calculating insurance money is provided to immediately calculate insurance money and enable an examiner to immediately appropriate the insurance money by mounting an insurance money computing device on a vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle examination system for calculating insurance money comprises a vehicle recording unit(10) and an insurance money calculation unit(60). A vehicle recording device comprises a sensing part(20), a photographic unit(30), a black box(40), and an output unit(50). The sensing part senses the change on a vehicle. The photographic unit comprises a front camera(32) and a rear camera(34). The black box continuously stores video signals recorded by the photographic unit based on the current time. If the sensing signals about collision are inputted from the sensing part, the black box preserves video signals and information recorded by the sensing part.
