PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing durability of a transmission gear shift system of a vehicle is provided to measure noise and durability of the transmission gear without mounting the transmission gear in a rear vehicle, thereby reducing the noise of the transmission gear, CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing durability of a transmission gear shift system of a vehicle includes a pneumatic supplying element(10) for supplying pneumatic pressure of a predetermined strength, a power supply(12), a control box(16) having an electronic control unit(14) for outputting a control signal for a set condition by controlling applied air and power, shift and selector actuators(30,40) for respectively shifting a transmission gear and a shift lever, a plurality of air supply ports formed in the actuators and applied with a pneumatic pressure, a plurality of limit switches provided to selector and shift cylinders to be turned on or off according to changes of the actuators, a main valve for controlling air supply, a filter for filtering impurities contained in the air, a regulator for controlling the pneumatic pressure uniformly, a gauge for sensing and displaying the pneumatic pressure, a lubricator for distributing or supplying air, and solenoids for supplying air applied via the lubricator to each air supply port of the actuators.
