PURPOSE: Method for preparation of a fried honey cake powdered with black sesame is provided, which has a savory flavor of the sesame and improves physical health. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a fried honey cake includes the following steps: (i) kneading dough mixed with refined rice wine, oil from brown rice, salt, sugar, ginger powder or honey and ripening for 4hours; (ii) forming a shape(B) of the cake with the dough; (iii) frying the shape of cake in 110C of brown rice oil; (iv) soaking the cake in grain syrup for 15sec; and then (v) covering the whole part of the fried honey cake with black sesame in a bowl filled with roasted black sesame.
