Network based Stock Deal Scheduling System Method

PURPOSE: A network-based stock trade scheduling system and method is provided to carry out the stock exchange based on a plurality of reserved order information, and to order again according to a reserved stock price and a time when a first trade is not dealt. CONSTITUTION: A network-based stock scheduling system is composed of a manager server(100), a plurality of personal computers(105a-105n), a plurality of mobile communication terminals(110a-110n), an SMS(Short Message Service) server(115) and a computer operator server(120). The manager server(100) is a server operated by a securities company to execute the stock exchange. The SMS server(115) is a server operated by a mobile telecommunication company. When a securities company wants to transmit a character message service and a voice message service to the mobile communication terminals(110a-110n), the manager server transmits service information to the SMS server(115). The computer operator server(120) intermediates order details about the stock exchange received from the manager server(100) to complete a transaction.
