CONTROLLING ALGORITHM CHANGING SYSTEM AND CHANGING METHOD OF CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A controlling algorithm changing system and a changing method of a controller are provided to be capable of easily changing the control algorithm of a controller as well as performing a program function of batch processing concept by performing various functions and operations without stopping the controller. CONSTITUTION: A plant(10) consists of an object(1) to be controlled, a plurality of sensors(2) and a driver(3). An I/O interface(20) performs a mutual communication between the plant(10) and a controller module(5). A reference clock generator(30) generates a reference clock for operating timing and real-time processing of respective parts. An input unit(40) receives respective commands such as operator's command or data programs to transfer the commands to the system as command input signals. A controller operator(50) analyzes the command input signals of the input unit(40) and changes control algorithms in accordance with the analysis results.
