PURPOSE: A communicating apparatus for a mobile phone is provided to use the mobile phone without opening a flip or folder. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first speaker device which is disposed at a bottom face of a flip(102) of a mobile phone, a second speaker device(124) which is placed at an upper face of a main body(100) of the mobile phone so as to be not covered by the flip when the flip is closed on the main body, a detecting device for detecting an opening/closing state of the flip, a control unit which determines whether the flip is opened or closed, connects a sound output passage to the second speaker device if the flip is closed and connects the sound output passage to the first speaker device if the flip is opened. Thereby, a user can use the mobile phone without opening the flip or folder.
