FIELD: power-plant engineering; flow sections of flow-pressure cylinders for turbines with two-tier stages. SUBSTANCE: method consists in placing the lower half of baffle plate of rear inter-tier seal on lower half of diaphragm rim in the position which provides for free lowering of rotor to the lower half of housing, shifting the lower half of baffle plate inside blades in axial direction and axially locking the baffle plate in the working position. Prior to lowering the rotor, lower half of baffle plate is locked against axial displacement through connection of circular slot of baffle plate and circular projection of diaphragm by sliding fit or slot and projection of diaphragm and baffle plate respectively depending on form of connection unit of diaphragm with baffle plate. For realization of this method, two versions of connection unit of diaphragm rim and baffle plate are proposed. According to first version, connection unit has circular projection in at least lower halves of diaphragm and baffle plate after slot of diaphragm rim in way of flowing of working medium and circular slot in projection of baffle plate; axial sizes of slot and projection are aligned taking into account sliding fit. Axial pitch between slot of baffle plate and projection of diaphragm rim is no less than axial overlap between shelves of blades and sealing members of baffle plate; axial size of slot corresponds to axial size of baffle plate projection received by it taking into account sliding fit. According to second version, connection unit has additional circular slot in diaphragm rim after slot in way of motion of working medium (in at least lower half of diaphragm); axial pitch between slots of diaphragm rim is no less than axial overlap between shelves of blades and sealing members of baffle plate; axial sizes of both slots of rim and projection of baffle plate are aligned taking into account sliding fit. Availability of slots and projections excludes necessity of removal and refitting of locking devices. EFFECT: facilitated assembly and disassembly of flow section; possibility of using non-detachable aligning members of baffle plate. 4 cl, 9 dwg
