Cleaning and decoating of transparent workpieces involving removal of areas of cover layer by using single quality switched pulses

Cleaning and decoating of transparent workpieces is performed by using pulsed laser radiation. The method is characterized by the fact that areas of the cover layer are removed by single quality switched pulses.
