The method involves positioning and laminating a transparent insulating cover on an EVA layer, and compacting and attaching the transparent insulating cover to the EVA layer. The air, caught between the EVA layer and transparent insulating cover, is then extracted to join the transparent insulating cover and EVA layer together. The EVA layer is then cured after joining the EVA layer and transparent insulating cover together.
