A three-wheeled roller skate has a support platform onto which is fixed a shoe support and with two front wheels, on a common axle and with a trailing rear wheel. The two front wheels are fitted to a sub frame which pivots in a plane at right angles to the direction of travel. The rear of the support platform has two parallel arms which grip the axle of the rear wheel. The front wheels adapt to the ground contours enabling the skate to be used on uneven ground.
