A storage-stable formoterol (I) formulation comprises (I) (or its salt or addition product) at a concentration of 10-500 mg/ml (as (I)) in a solvent or suspension medium. An Independent claim is included for the use of the formulation for administration by inhalation, after dilution to a (I) concentration of 0.9-1.5 mg/ml.
