The securing pliers are for the fitment and removal of securing rings. They comprise several individually produced parts consisting of two pliers legs (A,B), a pliers lever (C), one bolt (D) one bracing spring (G) and two pliers points for changing (E,F) by inseretion of the bolt (D) in one of two holes (a,b) and by pressure on the lever (C) the pliers are braced. The changeover of the bolt from the first to the second hole produces an enlargement of the lever effect and thus a greater force exertion on the lever. Simultaneous change to stronger pliers points makes possible the removal of larger securing rings.
