Chocolate filling recess created by copper plug with aluminium cap to reduce plug operation cycle time

A plunger (1, 2, 4) creates a recess within a body of warm chocolate. The plunger has a supporting element (2) with a surface one side of which comes into contact with a coolant as required. The other surface (2c) faces the hot chocolate. The supporting element (2) is penetrated by a copper plug (4) where it is then surrounded by the chocolate mass. That part of the copper plug (4) which is exposed to the coolant is surrounded by and fixed to an aluminium cap (1).
