The valve housing (2) has a first opening closed by a valve (9), a second opening connected to a bypass, and a third opening (10) closed by a second valve (11). Both valves are connected via a tie-bar (12) to a control device (5). When the tie-bar is lifted by the control device, and after passing through a tolerance distance S1, it raises the first valve via a first stop (13), and after passing through a second distance S2, the tie-bar raises the second valve via a second stop (14), against a return spring.
