The container has a body (R) with lid (D) and a bracket-like grip (G) fastened via its end sections (15c). At last one of the end sections is aligned at right angles to the axis (100) of the body, and engages locking through an opening (22) in a flat hood-like holder (H) so that it engages and disengages in approx. horizontal direction. The opening has an elastically flexible inner edge. Slots project radially outwards from the opening, so that the segment enclosed by them can flex and permit the grip to engage and disengage.
