The spirit level is held in a level holder (2) which is connected to the base body (4) via hinge joint (3) in form of cross-piece or adjusting lever. The level holder consists of hinge joint, adjusting levers (5-8) and external base body(4) or housing (12). The joint and adjusting lever are flexible solid-state joints, located between the spirit level and the base body. A lid can be added to improve its optical view and for additional stiffening. A bore in the lid allows system set up adjustment using a pin or thin sheet metal.
