In a process for producing and marketing churros, stick-shaped cinnamon dough that is rolled in cinnamon sugar directly after frying and then served immediately to the consumer, dough sticks of standard size (length and diameter) are deep-frozen after frying. This permits industrial mass production, distribution/marketing and hence transport to the customer from restaurants, wholesalers and retailers.
