The geared pump with inner teeth has a pinion (1) with external teeth and a hollow wheel (2) with internal teeth which meshes with the pinion. The pump has a housing (6) and a filling of two identical filler parts (3,4) in the sickle-shaped zone between the pinion (1) and hollow wheel (2). A limit stop pin (5) is in the housing (6), against the end surfaces (5.1,5.2) of the fillers (3,4). An axial disk is on both sides of the pinion (1), and an axial pressure spring is between the disks and the housing (6). A control spring is between each axial disk and the pinion (1).
