A method for the production of pairs of a divided threaded inserts, which during the casting of bottles preforms is used. The method comprises the steps of: chip-removing machining of a hollow outer part of the pair of divided threaded inserts, so that the hollow outer part of an opening extending through it, as well as outer portions of two cooling lines is obtained, which extends from the opening to the corresponding inlets and outlets; producing an inner part of the pair of divided threaded inserts by pressure casting a ceramic core with the required shape and by exactly casting of the inner part about the ceramic core, wherein the outer surface of the inner part has grooves in order to partially inner sections of the two cooling fluid lines; chip-removing machining of the cast inner part, so that it is in the opening extending through the outer part fits; attachment of the outer part about the inner part, so that the inner and outer portions of the two cooling fluid lines are aligned towards one another; introduction of brazing material between the inner and outer parts and heating of the parts in a vacuum furnace, in order to form a single part hard soldering them closed; cutting the connected to a single part of the inner and outer parts into two halves, in order to form the pair of divided threaded inserts, of which each one of the cooling fluid lines has.
