The catheter includes a metal needle mobile within a housing with a semi-circular cross section, a plastic needle and an enclosure. The metal needle can be fixed either when fully retracted or when pulled out of its housing. The soft plastic needle mounted on a holder is shorter than the hard metal needle and can pass around it. An envelope arranged around the hard needle prevents it being uncovered.
