Timepiece jumps e.g. between five minute time steps to give independence from exact time

The timepiece does not continuously display the time, it displays time steps which are clearly longer than a minute. For example, an analog clock shows the time in 5 minute steps. The clock shows 12.00. At 12.02 and 30 seconds, the minute hand jumps directly to display 12.05. The following times are shown: 12.10, 12.15, 12.20 etc. Other jumps are possible such as 12.00, 12.15, 12.45 etc. The larger the selected time jumps, the larger the wearer of the watch is independent of time. Digital versions are similar.
