PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic topography display device with which a stereoscopic topographical image can be displayed easy to watch corresponding to the topographical conditions of a display object area. ;SOLUTION: An external storage device 3 stores topographical data composed of the height values of topography and when a display reference point or the like output part 5 designates the display object area to be the object of display, the topographical data designated in this display object area are read out of the external storage device 3.
