The osteosynthesis plate consists of an elongated body (2) sufficiently long to cover, at least partially, the anterior portion of two adjacent vertebrae. It has an anterior face (6) and a posterior face (7) to fit against the vertebrae, and a central connecting zone (11) between two end zones with holes for anchoring screws. The plate's posterior face has a striated thrust surface (12, 13) at each end forming an obtuse angle of about 150 degrees, corresponding to the relative angle between the two vertebrae, with a concave surface (17) between.
