PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly efficient ventilation of hot air and smoke generated by cooking commodities in the vicinity of the rotary table by effectively utilizing a cavity part in the base of a rotary table. ;SOLUTION: In a shop wherein a rotary table provided above a base 12 with a crescent chain 14 is installed, hot air and smoke generated due to cooking and furnishing of commodities in the vicinity of the rotary table are generated at a side wall 16 of the base 12. Air is sucked from intake ports 22, communicating with an intake space 18 situated at the internal part of the base 12, and air is exhausted to the outside of a shop, where the rotary table is installed, through an exhaust duct 26 disposed in the base 12 and coupled to an intake space 18 and exhausting air to the outside of the rotary table through an exhaust fan.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
