PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a charged coating powder from adhering to the inner wall of the electrostatic coating chamber of the coating powder, consequently reduce the conventional hours requiring for cleaning the adhered coating powder, make it possible to shorten the working time requiring for exchange paints and making the cleaning work by a worker almost unnecessary. SOLUTION: In an electrostatic powder coating chamber, a wall material 10, which is formed by pasting a polyester film 19 to a polystyrene foam board 18, is used as its inner wall. By flowing a positive ion wind along the inner wall, a negatively charged coating powder is prevented from electrically adhering to the inner wall of the electrostatic coating chamber. By adopting the combination of this wall material 10 and the positive ion wind, the electrostatic coating chamber, by which the exchanging of paints during the painting work and the cleaning work at the color changing can be extremely shortened, is provided.
