PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish a planting base board most suitable for planting garden trees, prevent a face of slope from being eroded by wind and rain, and promote the trees to take root. ;SOLUTION: In this planting base board creating method, cylindrical voids are fixed on the bottom face 12A of a concrete slope frame 12, and continuous void hardening body is placed. Before the continuous void hardening body is hardened, hooks 26 provided with round rings 24 are buried around the void, and after hardening, the void is demolded. Hereby, the planting base board 28 is formed with planting holes 20 having porous inner circumferential wall. Mixed soil 30 mixed with turf seed is sprayed thinly on the surface of the planting base board 20, mixed soil 32 is charged in the planting hole 20, and the root pot 18 of a tree 16 is planted therein. After planting, a rope 34 is hooked with the round rings 24 of the hooks 26, so as to fix the tree 16 with the rope 34. The root of the tree 16 can be extended from the planting hole 20 to the planting base board 28, and hence the tree is largely grown.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
