PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging in a transportation pipe and destruction of a valve due to an impact pressure with the powder when it is transported pneumatically. ;SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve 52 is installed in an exhaust pipe 51 tied with the powder exhaust hole 5 in a powder fluidizing tank, and a porous aeration ring 61 having a diameter the same as the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe 51 is fitted in upstream of the opening/closing valve 52, followed by connection of an aux. air chamber 6 provided with a ring-shaped space 62 at the periphery of the ring 61, and an aux. air pipe 63 to feed by pressure the aux. air to the aux. air chamber 6 is connected as capable of being opened and closed. In particular, the fluidizing air pressure and aux. air pressure are sensed by pressure sensors 73 and 74, respectively, and a control mechanism 7 emits a drive command to vary the air pressures to the optimum values to pressure adjusting valves 71 and 72 for the two air pressures automatically on the basis of the initial conditions stored previously in a control device 75 to effect excellent rationalization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
