PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consulting service providing system, a server system and a consulting service providing method capable of increasing the providing opportunities of a consulting service and facilitating procedures about the consulting services, and a recording medium on which a consulting service providing program is recorded. SOLUTION: This system has a terminal 15 for a consultant registering consultation contents in a server system 18, a terminal 14 for the constant registering answers to the consultation contents registered in the system 18, a consultant database 20 in which the consultation contents and the answers to the consultation contents are stored as result databases 27 and 28 and client information is stored, and the server system 18 provided with client databases 19 and 20 where the consultant information is stored, and automatically performs charging processing to solve the above problems when the consultant answers to the consultation contents registered by the client.
