PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an audio signal with high noise immunity without a large revision to an existing device configuration. ;SOLUTION: A 1-bit D/A converter 101 in an audio signal transmitter 100 applies AZ conversion and time multiplexing to a digital audio signal of L, R channels and the transmitter sends bit stream data obtained as a result to an audio signal reception reproducing device 200 together with a clock synchronously with the bit stream data. The audio signal receiving reproducing device 200 uses an L/R separator section 202 to separate the bit stream data into data corresponding to the L, R channels based on the clock and the separated data are outputted as a sound via amplifiers 203L, 203R and speakers 204L, R.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
