Speech and audio signal processing plays an im-bportant role in human interactive communicationover networks. With the development of wide-band andmobile networks, humans are willing to exchange morefruitful and fluent speech and audio contents over thenetworks. These developments advance the techniquesof speech and audio signal processing including systems,theories, algorithms and processing tools.
