PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rising ratio of an iron loss, particularly in a high magnetic field by fundamentally re-examining a manufacturing technology of a non-oriented grain magnetic steel sheet. SOLUTION: The non-oriented grain magnetic steel sheet, having superior high magnetic field iron loss characteristics exhibited by an index (W15/50)/(W10/50), can be obtained by obtaining an in-plane nonoriented composition, in which a crystal orientation [100] of an easy direction of magnetization is distributed in high density along the surface direction of the steel sheet by adding Al as a main additive component and Si, Mn as sub-additive components instead of a component of a conventional steel containing Si as a main additive component. This non-oriented grain magnetic steel sheet is used for an electrical equipment used in a high magnetic field. Thus, the equipment can be reduced in size, as compared with the case of using the conventional non-oriented grain magnetic steel sheet.
