摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the weld bond joining method for the aluminum alloy for the automobile structural member capable of displaying excellent joining strength and increasing especially the number of continuous spots of spot welding. ;CONSTITUTION: In the weld bond joining method for using jointly adhesive joining and spot welding for the aluminum alloy for the automobile structural member, the surface oxide film thickness of the aluminum alloy is regulated to ≤200Å and at the time of the adhesive joining, a thermosetting epoxy resin consisting the mixture of an epoxy resin containing 1-15wt.% electrically conductive material and at least one kind of phosphate as a latent hardening agent and rust preventive agent, the mixture of aluminum orthophosphate with a zinc compound and/or the mixture of aluminum metaphosphate and a zinc compound, a boric acid compound and an alkaline earth metallic compound is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
