PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily develop an air bag element in developing while securing rigidity of a front pillar garnish. SOLUTION: A flange 26D extending between a developing part 26A and a non-developing part 26B is formed on a corner part on the lower end on the inner peripheral side of a front pillar garnish. A slit 50 extending toward a hinge part 26C as the developing center is formed on the intermediate part of the flange 26D, and a rib 52 for linking the facing parts of the flanges 26D divided by the slit 52 is formed on the intermediate part of the slit 50. Moreover, the strength of the rib 52 is so set that the rib may be broken in developing of an air bag element.
