PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film having excellent impact resistance or particularly low temperature impact resistance even after severe forming such as thin film drawing at a thermoplastic resin film-coated metal plate having a resin layer laminated on a metal plate in a non-oriented state and excellent age-based corrosion resistance for an acid content even when directly laminated on a metal plate without intermediary of an adhesive primer, a thermoplastic resin film-coated metal plate and a can using the same.;SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film of two layers uses a polyester resin as an upper layer and a polyester elastomer or a polyester resin and a polyester resin blended with a polyester elastomer as a lower layer. Or, the thermoplastic resin film of three layers uses a polyester resin as an upper layer and a lower layer, and a polyester elastomer or a polyester resin and a polyester resin blended with a polyester elastomer. The thermoplastic resin film-coated metal plate is obtained by laminating the thermoplastic resin film on a metal plate.
