(57) Abstract It is fixed on the colloid gold, the horseradish peroxidase which composure is done next on the electrode surface (HRP), without the electronic portable mediation material voltage (Ag/AgCl) with it can be reduced low at valid speed. The bio electrode which combines the both of HRP which is adsorbed into the oxydase and the colloid gold which were located on the electrode surface, are adsorbed into the colloid gold, when the glucose oxydase being used, as the perception enzyme the effect low to the measurement of glucose level in the especially sample is the bio detector. This bio detector can be used by the detection which does not have the mediation material of analysis ones of extensive type according to the oxydase which is used.
