PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent or minimize the remaining of rice in a coin rice milling equipment by adequately carrying out a residual rice treatment. ;SOLUTION: The timing to start the drive of a rice milling machine 9 is delayed; for example, the timing is delayed to at least the time to end the residual rice treatment when the smallest amount of the rice for treatment to be fed is fed to the rice milling treatment, by which milled rice is discharged without interruption from the rice milling machine 9 even if the discharge of the rice for treatment to the rice milling machine 9 side from a stone removing machine 8 is temporarily interrupted. Consequently, a customer is prevented from erroneously recognizing the end of the rice milling treatment.
